I was just reading Heart Hawk's welcome statement, and it mentioned that he had premature atrial complex, which he said is pre-A-Fib.  I assume that premature atrial complex means just simple Premature Atrial Contractions (PAC), which had always been explained to me as entirely benign.  IS there now evidence that PACs lead to A-Fib?

I don't know about the mitral valve.
But best not to overlook solid magnesium and taurine levels.
Magnesium taurate can kinda do both at once.

well, one is chelated with glycine, and one is chelated with taurine.
They both do well on absorption of mag.
