It makes the best bread out of any nut flours. Tastes amazing; like a richer white bread and seems a bit more moist than almond flour bread. The downside is it’s a very expensive loaf of bread of course. Maybe there’s a way to bulk order macadamia nuts discounted though. Hmmm....

That seems like a good price, if you live in the U.S. Don’t know if they ship here to Canada and probably wouldn’t be worth it if they did. I’ll try to post the recipe on here later on tonight as per the Breaking The Vicious Cycle bread
